- Roughly what the item weighs and how big it is
- Pickup and delivery suburbs or addresses
- How close the truck can park at each end
- Overhead obstacles — power lines, trees, awnings
- Whether anyone will be on site to receive it
- Photos of the access at both ends
Our limits, up front
14 tonne carrying capacity on the tray, and the crane lifts approximately 2 tonnes at 13 metres — more when working closer to the truck. If your load sits outside that, say so and we'll tell you honestly rather than turn up and find out.
