A live site rarely has a clean run in. There's scaffold up one side, a concrete pour on the other, a hoist that isn't free and a delivery window measured in minutes. Crane truck delivery works there because the truck self-unloads — no waiting on a site crane or a forklift that's tied up somewhere else.
